释义	红剥银 hóng bāo yín清代专作漕运经费的赋银。顺治初定制:漕船至天津起剥，分运至通州，设红剥船六百只，每船给田十顷，收租赡船，免其征科。康熙三十九年裁革，将原田按亩起科，归入地丁奏销；仍照原收租数，分派各省，于漕粮项下编征，解粮道库支发，称红剥银。凡置造垡船器具及夫役工食等项费用，于红剥银内动支，馀剩之银，分给运军，以备剥浅之用。参阅《清会典事例．户部．剥船》。紅剝銀
