释义	系统脱敏法 xì tǒng tuō mǐn fǎ通過循序漸進的過程逐步消除焦慮、恐怖狀態及其他恐懼反應的行爲療法。人不能同時既鬆弛又緊張，在鬆弛時本來可引起焦慮的刺激就會失去作用，即對此刺激脫敏了。系統脫敏法即通過逐漸加強這種刺激，並使之脫敏，從而解除患者的焦慮。
