释义	法船 fǎ chuán佛教語。喻佛法。謂佛法如船，可以拯救沉溺的衆生渡過生死苦海，到達彼岸。舊時農曆七月十五日中元節晩上爲超度亡靈而焚燒的紙船。帝修淨戒，軌道不及，無上法船，濟諸沉溺。《宋書．卷九十七．夷蠻傳．天竺迦毗黎國傳》也稱為「法舟」。
