释义	巴士低溫殺菌法 bā shì dī wēn shā jùn fǎ一种由热而冷的食物杀菌方法。通常用于牛奶保存，若将牛奶加温至摄氏六十三度，约三十分钟以上，然后迅速冷至摄氏十度以下，即可保持牛奶新鲜。亦可用于乳酪、啤酒及其他食物。西元一八六○年由法国人巴斯德(Pasteur）发明。
