存證信函
cún zhèng xìn hán
具有法律上举证效力的信函文件。是一种我国邮政特有的业务。必要时邮局可以证明寄件人的确寄给收件人这样一封信。不过只限于国内地区。手续上，寄件人必须准备一式三份内容完全相同的信函，正本一份寄给收件人，两份副本分别由邮局和本人保存。三份都要签名盖章。邮局从交寄的那一天算起，保管三年，期满后就销毁。
