分茶 fēn chá烹茶待客之礼。亦称分茶店。宋时指酒菜店或面食店。宋元时煎茶之法。注汤后用箸搅茶乳,使汤水波纹幻变成种种形状。食品、菜肴。若曰分茶,则有四软羹、石髓羹、杂彩羹。宋.吴自牧《梦粱录.卷一六.面食店》食物店。犹如茶楼、酒楼。大凡食店,大者谓之分茶。宋.孟元老《东京梦华录.卷四.食店》一种泡茶的巧艺。分茶何似煎茶好,煎茶不似分茶巧。《宋.杨万里〈澹庵坐上观显上人分茶〉》 |
