释义	共識決 gòng shì jué一种议案表决方式。对于某些争议性低或已在正式会议上充分沟通过的议案，通常都会安排共识决的方式进行表决，以提升议事效率。表决时，与会者不需投票，而由会议主席对出席者征询有无异议，除非有强烈反对意见，否则不影响「共识决」成立，亦即通过议案。
