释义	低收入戶 dī shōu rù hù总收入低于一定标准的家庭。依现行社会救助办法，分为三类：一、全家人口均无工作能力，无收益及恒产，非靠救助无法生活者。二、全家人口中有工作能力者未超过总人数三分之一，家庭总收入平均分配全家人口，每人每月未超过最低生活费用三分之二者。三、其他情形。这项奖学金是供低收入户子女申请的。
